Dr Mert Secer was born in Ankara. He graduated from Hacettepe University Medical Faculty English Program in 2013 and started his specialization program in Eskişehir Osmangazi University Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department in the same year and completed the program in December 2018. After his Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialization, he completed his compulsory service for 2 years in Yozgat City Hospital. He continues to serve in his own private clinic after his compulsory service. Dr. Mert is a highly respected specialist in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with over 14 years of experience.
